2. Delivery of Serivces Policy:
The Harley Street Cardiology Practice certifies and agrees that its employees , affiliates, subsidiaries, or holding companies, shall not discriminate or treat unequally or unfairly in the delivery of medical and professional services to any person because of race, religion, ancestry, national origin, sexual orientation, or sex; and will comply with all anti-discrimination laws.
All Medical and professional services are undertaken within the specified time at delivered at the point of care.
3. Cancelation and Refund Policy
The Harley Street Cardiology Practice believes in helping its clients as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation of appointments policy. Under this policy:
Appointment cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing a confirmed appointment . However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the appointments have been communicated to the other clinicians and they have initiated the process of organising these.
No cancellations are entertained for those appointments that The Harley Street Cardiology Practice has made on special occasions like weekends and gazetted holidays. These are appointments specifically made in line with the clinical needs of the patients and the clinical staff has made themselves specially available on these and therefore cancellations are not possible.
4. Refund Policy
Non-delivery of the service due to any mailing, communication or clerical issues.
