I am am a part of The Harley Street Cardiology Practice. We work in various ways to best serve you , I can visit you in your home, place of work or venue of your choice. Plans between personal sessions can also be provided. The treatments are guided by the requirements and motivation required by each individual and subject to changes as and when required.
Qualifications and involvement with Professional bodies
Carrying qualifications from Community Sports Leadership award, through Swimming instruction, to YMCA personal Trainer Award ( which includes Food and Nutrition management, Working with older Adults, Motivational Interviewing, Gym Instruction, CircuitTraining, Walking, Marketing and Planning and Practice of Exercise) onto BACPR (British Association of Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation Phase IV Exercise Instructor assist the provision of an all round exercise, motivation and weight management service.
Along with enjoy keeping fit using running, swimming and cycling, I also enjoy creative writing, with a novel and two factual books being written at the moment. Regular photographing of my family and their personal interests also take up a fair amount of my time. Other people’s lives fascinate me and I can often be found with my head in a biography.

Research and Publications
My writing has taken me through many highs and lows. The lows I shall keep to myself, but the highs include a regular article in the BCPA (British Cardiac Patients Association) Journal for who I have been writing bi monthly articles for the past 10 years.
